Homeless Children Work Team

There are approximately 120,000 children birth to five years of age living families who are homeless in New York State.  As we know, from the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) research, children who experience homelessness are at greater risk for poor school, life, and health outcomes.  Due to the homelessness crisis in New York State, The ECAC established the Homeless Children Work Team to develop recommendation on actions, New York State can take to address this critical issue.
